1. On the Welcome screen of the software, click on Restore option.

2. The Create Rescue Dialog box opens. Click the "Click here" hyperlink to download the ISO file.

3. Your default Internet Browser opens and prompts to open or save this ISO file. Select the "Save File" option and click OK

4. Open the folder that contains the downloaded ISO image files.
